Shipping policy

Order processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST will be processed the next business day. Shipping times do not include processing time.

Domestic shipping Standard: 3–7 business days via USPS/UPS/FedEx. Expedited: 1–3 business days. Tracking provided for all shipments.

International shipping Delivery varies by country: 7–21 business days typical. Customers are responsible for customs, duties, and taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, carrier rates, and destination. Free standard shipping on all orders.

Lost or damaged packages If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and tracking info.

Restrictions We do not ship to PO boxes for oversized items; some carriers may not deliver to certain regions.
